Denominación de Origen Utiel-Requena. Continental climate influenced slightly by the Mediterranean. Large temperature variations between day and night. Average annual temperature: 13º C. Chalky, clay soils.

Grape Varieties

75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Sauvignon Blanc.

Winemaking

Only the best vines of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc are selected. The two grapes varieties are processed separately through a cold maceration for six hours in a pneumatic press. The musts are blended and fermented at 14º C.

Tasting Note

Colour: Pale cherry.

Aroma: Aromas of high intensity with tones of red fruit and a touch of pepper at the end. Taste: Intense, elegant with good fruit and lively acidity.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany white meat, pasta and rice dishes. Serve chilled between 10 and 12º C.
